Where is my order email?
The Shop sends an ‘order received’ message from [email protected] – you might want to whitelist this address because, despite our best efforts, emails do sometimes get eaten by internet kobolds, particularly if it’s your first order.
Once your order has been picked, packed by our hard-working Packing Orcs, and collected, you will get an ‘order completed’ email from Shop on the Borderlands, and also, usually, an email from Royal Mail (or occasionally another courier) with your tracking details. These are only sent once the order has been picked up, because the tracking link won’t work until your parcel is on its way.
